Stuart Hodson
Stuart Hodson is a director of the firm based at our Wolverhampton Office. He specialises in commercial law providing advice to corporate clients on contractual issues, with a focus upon acquisitions and sales of businesses. He is also involved with a wide range of commercial property transactions.
Stuart qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. He grew up in the West Midlands but subsequently moved to Manchester to complete his legal training with an established North West firm. Stuart transferred to a practice in Stafford before joining Underhill Langley & Wright in 2010.
Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and has a keen interest in motor sport and classic cars. Stuart and his family regularly attend events at Shelsley Walsh and Prescott.
