We are pleased to confirm that we have completed the sale of Cranmoor Lodge Farm at Wrottesley Wolverhampton for £2.3 million, the proceeds of sale to be used for the benefit of local and national charities under the terms of the Will of the late Ellen York.

The site was sold to a local developer with the benefit of planning consent for conversion of existing barns and former RAF buildings to create 16 residential homes in the green belt in addition to the farmhouse itself.
