Our Litigation department is run by Sarah Martin, she is experienced at dealing with commercial and civil disputes at all levels from small claims, mediation through to High court actions.

We understand that what clients want is a fast efficient service provided on a cost effective basis delivering no nonsense advice. We will tell you if you have a claim and whether it really is worth pursuing, if there are any funding alternatives or other ways of dealing with the matter.

Sarah deals with all forms of litigation (excluding Personal Injury claims) including debt actions, boundary disputes, contract disputes and employment claims.

Sarah is fully conversant with the Court Service internet and web based procedures.

Based at our Wolverhampton office Sarah is happy to make alternative arrangements to see clients at our other offices if convenient.
